Justification ... A simple word that perhaps rarely use in everyday life, but often the direct practice, both consciously and unconsciously. We all do this at any time without notice. What has happened more often we complain, the more often we experience it.
Complaining is very easy to do and it becomes a habit for some people to complain and even worse with pride. If you have two friends, who always thinks positive first and the second is always complaining, of course you prefer to refer to a positive law?
Being someone who likes to complain might be able to get the sympathy of friends, but we do have more friends and do not solve problems, make us even our friends.
The question is, why we complain?
"We complain because we are disappointed that the reality is happening not in accordance with our expectations."
How can we overcome this? The trick is really difficult,
we just have to be thankful for.
Behind all the things we complain that there are things we can be thankful for.
As an illustration: you complain about your job, you know how much unemployment in Indonesia? Today nearly 60% of people of working age not working productive, so be thankful you still have jobs and income.
Or are you complaining about overtime because they were ordered or ordered to do extra work?
You know that your boss actually believe in your abilities? If you do not tell your boss could not give an extra or overtime.
Be thankful, because I was trusted by the boss!
More grateful and feel that your life will be easier and luck is always with you, because you can see what was possible to escape from your point of view, because you're too busy to complain.
Try it now!
1. Be thankful every day at least once a day. Be thankful for your work, your health, family, or anything else you may be grateful. Take time to 10-30 seconds just to give thanks and then resume your activities.
2. Do not complain if you have problems, but the sequel! Close your eyes for a moment, take a deep breath, hold it for a bit 'and then slowly exhale from the mouth, eyes open, smile and think that one day you will be grateful for everything that happens at this time.
3. Familiarize yourself for not having adhered to complain when you're with friends who complain and give positive feedback or none at all. Always think positive and look at the changes in your life.
"The most grateful to God for what you have, the more things that You will be grateful."
